Terms of service

1. Who we are

SeedWars at seedwarsgame.com is run by Grapeseed (גרייפסיד), a business registered in Israel ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@seedwars.io or on our Discord. By using the site or the game you agree to these terms.

2. The game

SeedWars is a browser strategy game in early access. It changes often. Features, rules, prices, maps and balance may change, wars may be reset, and the service may be interrupted or ended at any time. We do not promise that the game will always be available, free of errors, or that progress, statistics or virtual items will be kept.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Discord account or a Google account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live says so. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any purchase for you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Conduct

Do not cheat, use bots, scripts or exploits, attack the service, impersonate others, or harass anyone. Names and messages must not be offensive or illegal. We may warn, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and virtual items on a closed account are lost.

5. Coins and virtual items

Coins, skins, trails, blast effects and everything else bought or earned in the game are virtual. They exist only inside SeedWars, have no money value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and you receive a limited, personal, revocable licence to use them in the game. We may change what coins buy and what items look like. If the game closes, unused coins and items are not refunded, to the extent the law allows.

6. Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars. You can pay through PayPal, or by card through morning (Green Invoice), which is charged in dollars, or in shekels at the Bank of Israel rate of the day where the card terminal takes only shekels; the receipt says the sum charged. Coins are credited to your account the moment the payment is confirmed. All sales are final: there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges, as set out in the refund policy. Prices include tax where tax applies.

7. Content and rights

The game, its code, art, sounds, names and text belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us (see Licences). You may stream, record and publish your gameplay, including for money, as long as you do not claim the game as your own.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The game and the site are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows we give no warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damage, lost data, lost virtual items or lost time. Our total liability to you for anything connected to SeedWars is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers keep the rights the law of their own country gives them.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, unless the law where you live gives you the right to sue at home.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. Playing or paying after a change means you accept it.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Coins are digital content. They are delivered to your account immediately after payment, and they cannot be returned. There are no refunds, no cancellations and no exchanges for money, whether you paid through PayPal or by card through morning. This is written on the store page before you pay and is part of the purchase.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

By ticking the box on the store page and paying, you expressly ask us to deliver the digital content at once, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m); the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37).

Consumers in Israel

The coins are "information" as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995, delivered immediately. Under section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the right to cancel a remote sale does not apply to such a purchase.

What we do put right

• If you paid and the coins did not land on your account because of a fault on our side, we credit them or refund the payment.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate.
• Write to hello@seedwars.io within 14 days with the order id (SW-... on the receipt) or the PayPal transaction id.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. A chargeback opened without contacting us may lead to the account being suspended until the matter is settled, and the coins from the disputed payment are removed.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Sign-in: when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord id, username and avatar, and whether you are a member of our Discord server and which roles you hold there. We never see your Discord password or email.
• Sign-in with Google: when you sign in with Google we receive only an identifier for your Google account. We do not ask Google for your name, email address or picture, and we never see your Google password. The name you play under is the one you choose. If you connect Google to an account you made with Discord, we keep which Google identifier opens that account until you disconnect it.
• Play: the wars you play and their results, your settings, your friends and alliances in the game, and the cosmetics you own.
• Purchases: the order id, the pack, the sum, the currency, and the PayPal transaction id or the morning receipt id. Card and PayPal details are entered on PayPal's or morning's pages and never reach us.
• Technical: our servers log the IP address, time and browser of each request for a short time, to keep the service running and to stop abuse.

Why

To run the game, sign you in, take payment and credit what you bought, keep the game fair, and answer you. The legal bases are the contract with you, our legitimate interest in a working and fair game, and the accounting duties the law puts on us.

Who else sees it

Discord and Google (sign-in), PayPal and morning by Green Invoice with grow (payments), Railway (the game server) and Netlify (the site), each under its own privacy policy. Twitch or Kick receive your visit only if you press play on a stream on the live page. There are no analytics or advertising trackers on the site. Fonts and flags are served from our own site.

How long

Account and play data are kept while the account exists. Receipts and payment records are kept for the years the tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at hello@seedwars.io. We delete account and play data on request; records we must keep for tax and accounting stay for the time the law sets. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability and to complain to their supervisory authority.

Children

SeedWars is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child under 13 has an account, write to us and we remove it.

Security and changes

The site and the game run over HTTPS and sign-in uses signed tokens. No system is perfectly safe. We may update this policy; the date at the top says when.

Cookies

The site sets two cookies of its own, keeps a few preferences in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Paying by card takes you to morning's own page, which has its own cookies. You can clear everything above from your browser's settings; you will be signed out and your settings return to their defaults.

SeedWars, its code, art, sounds, maps and text are © 2026 Grapeseed. All rights reserved. The sounds are synthesised by the game itself. The music was made for SeedWars with Suno and is used under Suno's terms.

Third-party work used on the site

• Flags: flag-icons by Panayiotis Lipiridis and contributors, under the MIT License.
• Fonts: Heebo by Oded Ezer and Rubik by Hubert & Fischer, Meir Sadan and Cyreal, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, served from this site.
• Services: Discord, PayPal, morning by Green Invoice, grow, Netlify, Railway, Twitch and Kick are trademarks of their owners and are used only to name the services.

Streaming and videos

You may stream, record and publish SeedWars gameplay, including for money, and use screenshots and footage of the game in that content. Do not present the game as your own work, and do not use our name or marks to suggest that we endorse you.
